Effective date: 6 November 2026
Bounce Nest is a mobile game for Android published by Yusa Studios, an independent developer run by Yuyutsu Poudel. This page explains what data the game uses and why.
The short version
- Bounce Nest doesn't ask for your name, email, phone number or precise location.
- Your progress and settings are saved on your device.
- The game shows ads from Google AdMob, which uses your device's advertising ID.
- Google Firebase records gameplay events and crash reports so we can improve the game.
- Signing in to Google Play Games is optional and enables achievements, leaderboards and cloud saves.
- We don't sell your data.
What stays on your device
Your game progress, unlocked items, high scores and settings (such as sound and language) are saved on your phone. They are removed when you uninstall the game or clear its data. We can't see them.
What we collect
Services used by this game: Google AdMob, Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics, Firebase Remote Config, Firebase Cloud Messaging, Local notifications, Google Play Games Services.
Ads (Google AdMob)
The game shows ads using Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, AdMob collects your device's advertising ID, IP address (used to estimate your country or city), device model, operating system, language and ad interactions such as views and clicks.
Ads are personalized unless you opt out. Players in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland are asked for consent first. You can change your choice any time under Settings › Privacy options in the game, and reset or delete your advertising ID in Settings › Google › Ads on your phone.
Analytics and app services (Google Firebase)
- Google Analytics for Firebase: gameplay events (such as level started or completed), sessions, screens viewed, app version, device model, operating system, country and an app instance ID.
- Firebase Crashlytics: crash reports and diagnostic information (device state, operating system version, crash identifier).
- Firebase Remote Config: lets us adjust game settings and events without an update, using your app instance ID, app version, language and country.
- Firebase Cloud Messaging: delivers push notifications using a registration token, your app instance ID and basic device information.
Google Play Games Services
If you sign in, Google Play Games shares your player ID, gamer name and profile picture with the game, and stores your achievements, scores and cloud saves. Scores on public leaderboards are visible to other players. You can play without signing in.
Notifications
On Android 13 and later, notifications only appear if you allow them. You can turn them off any time in Settings › Apps › Bounce Nest › Notifications.
- Local notifications (such as reward reminders) are scheduled on your device. No data is sent anywhere to show them.
- Push notifications are sent through Firebase Cloud Messaging, as described above.
What we do not collect
- your real name or email address
- your precise location
- your contacts, photos, camera or microphone
- payment details (purchases, if any, are handled by Google Play)
How we use data
To run the game and its online features, show ads that keep it free, understand how it's played, fix crashes, adjust settings and events, and send notifications you've allowed. We don't sell your data or share it with advertisers beyond the ad service described above. Google processes data on our behalf under its own policies. We only disclose data if the law requires it.
